Court Garden Hotel is the first eco-designed hotel in the Netherlands, certified with Green Key Gold and winner of the GAIA GREEN Award 2018. The hotel uses organic and fair-trade products throughout, from breakfast ingredients to bathroom amenities. A lounge area offers complimentary organic coffee, tea, and snacks available all day.

Rooms & Comfort

Each of the 70 soundproof rooms includes air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a laptop safe. Guests can choose from a pillow menu with three types of pillows and request extra blankets. Single rooms are compact but practical for solo travelers, while double rooms offer more space with a comfortable bed.

Location & Transport

The hotel sits 200 meters from the Peace Palace and is a 15-minute walk from the historic old town, Panorama Mesdag, and Museon. A tram stop (line 17) is directly outside the entrance, providing direct access to the central station and Scheveningen Beach. Bicycle rentals are available on-site for exploring The Hague, a city known for cycling.

Breakfast is buffet style with organic and fair-trade products, including fresh fruit, vegan options, and organic smoothie shots. Special diet menus are available, and gluten-free and vegetarian options are clearly labeled. The breakfast area is located on the lower ground floor; hot items like eggs and quiche are served.

Services & Practicalities

Express check-in/check-out and digital room keys via smartphone are offered for convenience. Same-day laundry service is available for €19 (maximum 4 kg, drop-off before 10am). On-site paid parking costs €25 per night and requires advance reservation; the hotel also provides luggage storage before and after check-in.
